Fitness with punch

The Boxing Room has been applying a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) philosophy to our classes for over 10 years. We run a variety of classes every week including boxing, pilates, kettlebell, HIIT and weights, as well as our intensive 6 week boxing training camp. Our gym is fun and sociable and our members are like family to us, not just numbers.
