Boxing Fitness

A high-intensity boxing circuit done on our boxing bags. There’s lots of added strength work, core work, kicks, backfists, and the occasional burpee! Great for increasing your fitness level and kickstarting weight loss.

B.O.X.

Upper body boxing only. If you have lower body injuries or just want to work on your boxing technique this is the class for you. There are lots of different boxing combinations to get thinking as well as moving and punching!
