Upcoming Timetable Changes

Thanks again to everyone that completed our timetable survey. As a result we will be changing and adding some extra classes that you can see highlighted in pink.

These changes will take effect on Tuesday 4th October 2016.

As you can see above we are moving the Monday and Friday Mums and Bubs classes to 9am for those who would like to get out that little bit earlier on weekdays.

We are adding an extra early morning class on Wednesday. This class starts at 6am, again for those who would like to be out that little bit earlier – please note this will be a 4 week trial at first to gauge numbers.

We’ve swapped the 6.30pm and 7.30pm classes on Thursday – B.O.X. will now be at 6.30pm and Boxing at 7.30pm. This is for the people that cannot attend earlier than 7.30pm and prefer Boxing over B.O.X. Our previous timetable only had one 7.30pm Boxing class for the entire week!

Lastly, we have added Yoga back to the schedule in 6 week blocks. Our first block will start Tuesday 4th October and the last session will be Tuesday 8th November. We will add another block in the new year.

Above are the changes to the Gym Schedule.

The biggest change here is that Kettlebell is being shortened to 30 minutes, but partnered with HIIT. Wherever there is a Kettlebell class, you can see a HIIT class will follow. You are not required to do both, they are still separate classes, but we believe this partnership will work fantastically.

We are moving Kettlebell on Saturday to 9.30am. We’ve had many people saying they have difficulty choosing between Kettlebell and Pilates on Saturday – so we hope we have fixed this for you!
