In this 30 minute class you’ll be using nothing but kettlebells to perform a range of ballistic exercises. A combination of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training that is sure to put you through your paces.
All equipment will be provided. You just need to bring workout gear, a towel and drink bottle, and you’re all set.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the paperwork for this class. Ages 18+ only please.
