We're a place where there are no limits. We pride ourselves in honest training,  dedicated instructors & a non competitive & encouraging environment. Boxing Room fitness training is high intensity interval, fat burning training that tones, trims and strengthens the body in an all-over workout.


Boxing is a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems as well as training upper body, lower body and core strength. Boxing  is a brilliant workout suited to both men & women.



We're a committed team of fitness professionals - all trained to get the best from you and the help you reach your goals - fitness levels, weight loss, getting stronger, becoming more confident.



We aim to cater for all fitness levels - from beginners fitness with our Ease Into It sessions, boxing classes, Kettle Bell & pilates sessions.

The Boxing Room was founded in Adelaide in 2006 and has been achieving inspiring results for their clients for the last 8 years. There are two Boxing Room locations Adelaide & Sydney.
