Boxing is a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems as well as training upper body, lower body and core strength. Boxing is a brilliant workout suited to both men & women.
We aim to cater for all fitness levels - from beginners fitness with our Ease Into It sessions, boxing classes, Kettle Bell & pilates sessions.
