6 week boxing training camp

This 6 week intensive training camp is designed for anyone looking to improve their technique or take their training to the next level with advanced boxing drills and sparring.

During the camp you will learn the fundamentals of boxing, including defence, countering and footwork. Fitness testing at the start and end of the camp will help you track your progress and our trainers will be there every step of the way to keep you accountable. On the final day of the camp, you’ll have a chance to put everything you’ve learnt into practice during a sparring session.*

Once you have completed the camp, you will then be able to attend our fighters classes, and sparring sessions.

We run 2 camps at various times throughout the year:

  1. Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday mornings (6:15am)

  2. Wednesday & Friday nights (7:30pm) & Sunday mornings (8:30am)

Non-members welcome. We recommend you attend all sessions to ensure you get the most out of the training.

Pricing
$200 – 6 week camp only
$350 – includes an individualised meal plan and support from our clinical dietitian

*Final day sparring is optional, however if you wish to participate you need to bring your own mouth guard. Protective head gear is also mandatory and can be loaned if needed.
